BEFORE ME, the undersigned officer, duly authorized
to administer oaths and take acknowledgment s in the State
and County aforesaid, personally appeared RUSSELL E. CARLISLE,

who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:

1. That he is an attornev at law, duly licensed and
admitted to practice in the State of Florida;
2. That on the 17th day of December, 1969, he
examined the file of the County Judge's Court in and for
Dade County, Florida, in th e Estate of FINLEY P. MOSS,
~ Deceased, the saone being file No. 82266; .
3. That from his examination of the file on that
date your Affiant determined the following facts:
€ (a) That the said FINLEY P. MOSS died on
