As a point of reference commence at a concrete monument, in the north

a distance of 349. 86 feet to a point; thence S 00°41'25" E. , a distance
of 316' to the point of beginning and the northeast corner of that parcel
of land designated as Lot 2, Block B on a plat entitled Pioneer Park,
approved by the ~City of Fort Pierce, January 26, 1959; thence continue
along same course a distance of ?9' to the SE corner of said Lot 2;
thence N. 89°33'42" W. , a distance of 125' to the SW corner of said
