WARRANTY DEED

THIS WA,RRANTY DEED, made the f~~ day of January.
1970, by FREDERICK D. ZUVER and MAE ZUVER, his wife, hereinaf-
ter called the Grantor, to FRIDERICK D. ZUVER and MAB C. ZUVER,
his wife, whose post office address is; 1383 Bayshore Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(W'herever used herein the terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporation.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00, and other valuabZe considerations, re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the
Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie CountX,
Florida, to wit: '
