and 20, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, lying Easterly of the F. E. C. Railway, St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Start at the SW corner of said
Section 20; thence run ~ast along the South line of said Section 28, a distance of 556.13 feet;
thence by deflection angle, from East to North, of 115° 50' run a distance of 1167. 69 feet;
thence by deflection angle to the right of 4° 39' 30" run a distance of 169.19 feet; thence
by deflecrion angle of 68° 49' 30" to the left run 536. 50 feet to the Easterly right of way
of the F. E. C. Railway; thence run Northwesterly along said right of way a distance of
100 feet more or less, to the point of interesection with the North line of the South 1302 feet
of said Section 19; thence run Easterly, along this lastly said line a distance of 630. 95
feet to the shore line of the Indian River; thence meander said shore line southerly to the
point of intersecrion with the Easterly extension of the line described as running from the
point of beginning to the Easterly right of way of the F. E. C. Railway, a distance of 100
feet, more or less; thence run Westerly, along said extension, a distance of 85 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the right of way of State Road 707 (South
