KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
That NALSEY dc GRIFFITH, INC. A Corporation, whose address is 313
Datura Street, West Palm Beach, Florida, has this day leased to
Lee Fageratrom whose eddress is 38z5 St. Marks Rd.
Ft. Pierce, F~a. certain chattels described as follows, to-wit:
1 Sraith Corona Galaxie Deluxe ~107679
at a rental of $~o.9~1er month, for a term of~o months, the first
pavment to be made on the ~6 day ofDecembe~ 1969~ and a like sum
thereafter on the same day of each eucceeding month.
The conditions of the lease are:
1) That Lessee shall pay said rental promptly as it becomes due.
2) That Lessee shall use said ren~al property in a normal
manner and iceep ~i~e same in good condition and repair it at all
times, ordinary wear and tear alone excepted, and Lessor shall
have access at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspecting
said roperty.
3~ This lease cannot be assigried or the property sublet
without written consent of Lessor.
4) Lessee agrees that he (she, it or they) shall be responsible
for any and all loss or damage by fire, wind or other casual~y.
5) Lessee agrees to keep the property in st. Luc3.e County,
Florida, at the following address38z5 st. 1Karks Rd. ,Ft. Fierce ,
and not to remove the same without written notice to Lessor of
the new location for the leased property.
Failure to pay any installment of rent when due or failure
to keep and perform either items (2) to (5), inclusive, aforesaid,
shall constitute a breach of this contract and Lessee agrees in
case of such breach to immediately turn over peacably to Lessor
the leased property.
Lessee shall have an option to purchase the leased property
at anv time after paying at least 3 monthly payments on this lease,
grovided all payments have been made when due and all coven~nts
hereof have been kept by Lessee, such purchase price to be the ~
full amount of the agreed rental less a credit of 9o per cent of
all money paid by wa.y of rental.
This lease matr be cancelled by Lessee at any time upon ten
davs written notice, provided all past due rental shall have been ~
paid, and provide~i at least 3 rental payments have been made,;
and the leased propertv returned to Halsey & Griffith, Inc. in ;
the condition set out in (2) above. :
This lease shall continue until such time as Lessee shall j
' have terminated the same, either bv exercise of the option to
~ purchase a~r~resaid, or by notice as above provided.
