McD~ANIEIS, MARY W. PRIMM and WILLIAM D. WHITE, the owners and
holders of a certain mortgage deed executed by MICKEY P.
HVl'CHINSON and BARBARA JANE Ht~CHINSON, his wife, to NONA '
WHITE, bearing date the lOth day of May, 1957, recorded in
Mortgage Book 138, at page 144, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, securing that certain note in the principal
sum of $6,500.00, and certain promises and obligations set
forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in
said State and County described as follows, to wit:

hereby acknowledqe full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage deecl, and surrender the same as cancelled, and
hereby direct the Clerk of of the Circuit Court to cancel the
