NIIS CONRAD FALK, after be3ng duly sworn, deposes and
says :
1. That he is the son of Sric H. Falk and Olga C. Falk,
both of whom ar~ now deceased, y

2. That the said Bric H. Falk and Olga C. Falk were husband ~
and wife on July 21, 1955, and that said marital relationship

continued uninterrupted until the death of E.ric H. Falk on '
February 24, 1964.
3. That the said &ric H. Falk and Olga C. Falk, his wife,
acquired title to the following described property located in
St. Lucie County~ Florida, viz:
Lot 16, Yelton's Riverview Subdivision, according to a
p~at thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 43 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
under deed recorded in Deed Book 204, pa~e 234 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That the said Olga C. Falk is also knovnn as Olga
Concordia Falk and the said Bri~ H. Falk is also known as Sric
Hugo Falk and that said names are different names respectively
for one and the same persons.
