T'his cause coming on to be heard upon the Motion for , .
Summary Judgment by plaintiff and the court having considered
the Stipulation and Joint Motion for Dismissal by counsel for
all parties herein, and the affidavit of B. A. McCown and
other proofs filed herein, it is of the opinion that plaintiff
is entitled to a su~cunary judgment on liability and damages as
a matter of law as to defendant, Henry H. Hancock, also known

~ ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff's Motion for
