ERROL S. WILLES, of the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Griffin,
who, being duly sworn, says: That he is the attorney for Masonry,
Inc., the lienor herein whose address is Post Office Box 16247,
Mobile, Alabama, and that in pursuance of a contract with Coleman
Construction Company, the lienor furnished labor, services and
material consisting of masonry work on the following described
lands or real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 6 of Fort Pierce Heights Sub-
division, as recorded in Plat Book l, Page 39, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, except the west 10 feet thereof owned
by Nalter B. Harvey, Jr, and M. L. Col~nan, Jr., doing business
as C& H Enterprises, whose address is 677 N.E. 79th Street,
Miami, Florida 33138, of a total value of Seven Thousand Three

; Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars and No Cents ($7,337.00). The

f lienor furnished the first of the same on September 16, 1969, and
~he last of the same on October 25, 1969, and the lienor was in _
