~ ADDENDUM AGRESMENT
~
j THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 12th day of January, 1970,
, ~
j by and between WINDMILL VILLAGE BY TI:E SEA, INC., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter called "Manager" and WINDMILL VILLAGE
BY THE SEA ASSOCIATION, INC., a corporation not for profit under
the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the "Associa
~ tion".
W I T N E S S E T H:
IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED by and between the parties hereto E
t
~ that this Addendum Aqreement is a modification of that certain ~
! Agreement entered into between the parties hereto on the 28th day

of December, 1969twhich said Aqreement is hereby incorporated and

made a part hereof by reference. This Addendum Agreement shall
~I only modify the Ag•reement of December 28, 1969 where this Agree-

I ment conflicts and specifically modifies the said Agreement.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten

~ ~ Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, each
~
to the other in hand paid, and rec~~pt whereof is hereby acknow-
~

~ ledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. Page 2, Paragraph 2, shall be modified as follows:
~i The entire paraqraph shall be deleted and the following language

shall be substituted:

TERM: The terin of this Agreement shall begin with the day

4 within which the first closing of a sale of a condomirinm

~1 unit takes place in said condominium and shall run for a
~ period of twenty (20) years from that date. ~

~ 2. Page 2, Paragraph ~-A, Subparagraph I,shall be deleted
and the following language shall be substituted: ~
Expenditures of all monies for maintenance to the buildings
and maintenance for the individual condominiwn units for I i
