KNOW ALL 1~N BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas, it is proposed
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve ~

WHERSAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
road and /or ditch is subject to a mortqaqe

for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
hereinafter described.

tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
