Condaminiwn or any awendment e thereof for any swn due to the Lessor
under the terms of tMa Lease. Such liens shall also include reason-
able attorney fees incurred by the Lessor incident to the collection
of such sums or the enforcement of such lien and the lien shall con-
tinue until paid. Such lien may be foreclosed by suit brought in
the name of the ]e ssor in a like manner as a foreclosure of mortgage
on real property. Itis the intentions of the Lesaor that such liens
shall apply only to the undivided intereat of the oWner who is in
default under the terms of this Lease.
27. CONDITD NS. This agreement shall be binding upon and
enure to the benefit of the heirs, succeasors, assigns and personal
representatives of the parties.
