Sublease by executing an assumption agreement in the form attached to

the Declaration of Condoainium as Sxhibit "G", the assignment of Which
~ shall be executed by the Sublessee and the consent to the asaigtmnent ~
vill be executed by the Sublesaor provided the Assignee has otherwise
been approved in accordance vith all the provisiona of the Declaration
of Condominium of VILIA DBL SOL, INC.

MORTGAGYNG LBASEKOLD IATrEREST. The Sublessee sha21 have the
_ right when entering into a mortgage as mortgagor with a mortgagee as
defined under Paragraph 16.2 of the Declaration of Condominium of
VILIA Dffi~ SOL, INC. to mortgage the leaeehold interest which he has

acquired by virtue of this Sublease. ~
8.
LISN AGAINST CONDOHQNIUM,UNIT. If any rent payable by Sub-
lessee or Sublessor shall be and remain unpaid for more than fifteen

(15) days after the same shall be due and payable, or if Sublessee shall '
~

violate or default in performance of any of the other covenants, agree- i
i

mente, stipulations or conditions herein, and such violation or default ~

~ sha11 continue for a period of thfrty (30) days after written nd ice of ;
; such violation or default, then it shall be optfonal for Sublessor to

i declare this Lease forfeited and the lease term ended and to re-enter

~ said premises, with or without process of law, using such force as may be

neceseary, to remove Sublessee and Sublessee's chattels therefrom. Sub-

~ lessor shall not be liable for damages by reason of such re-entry or f~r- ;

~ . feiture. Notwithetanding such re-entry by Sublessor, the lisbility of Sub- '
~ lessee for the rent provided for herein for the balance of the Iease terms '

Subleasee hereby grants to Sublessor a lien upon Sublesaee's

= condominium unit and all the furniture and furniahings and fixtures

located therein to secure to Subleasor Sublessee's perforn~ance of all of ,
