to the lien of a valid first mortgage placed upon the condaainiwa unit
incident to and connected with the original purchaseof said condominium '
unit. The lien granted hereby may be foreclosed by Subleseor in the same
marnier ae a mortgage lien may be foreclosed and Sublesaeea hereunder
jointly and severally promise to pay all costs, incldding Attorneys fee,
incurred by Sublessor as a result of a foreclosure of such lien.

C06TS AND ATTORNBYS FBBS. In any proceeding arising because
of a default by one of the parties, the nondefaulting party shall be
able to collect reasonable attorneys fees, expenses and costs arising
from the defaulC.
10.
CONDITIONS. This Agreement shall be binding upon and enure to
the benefit of the heirs, successors, assigns and personal representa-
tives of the parties.
