Condominium or any amendments thereof for any swn due to the Lessor
under the terms of this Lease. Such liens shall also include reason-
able attorney fees incurred by the Lessor incident to the collection ~
of such sums or the enforcement of such lien and the lien shall con-
tinue until ;~sid. Such lien may be foreclosed by suft brought in the ~
name of the lessor in a like manner as a foreclosure of mortgage on
real property. It is the intention of the Lessor that such liens
shall apply only to the undivided interest of the owner who is in
default under the terms of this Lease.
27. CO\'DTIONS. This agreement shall be binding upon and enure
to the benefit of the heirs, successors, assigns and personal repre-
sentatives of the parties. ~
