Condaainium or any amendments thereof for any sumi due to the Lessor
under the terms of this Lease. Such lien8 shall also include reason-
able attorney fees incurred by the Lessor incident to the collection
of such aums or the enforcement of such lien and the lien shall con-_
tinue until paid. Such lien may be foreclosed by suit brought in
the name of the ]e ssor in a like manner as a foreclos~are of mortgage
on real property. Itis the intentions of the Lesaor that such liens
shall apply only to the undivided interest of the owner Who is in ~
default under the terms of thia Lease. i

27. CONDITD NS. This agreement shall be binding upon and
enure to the benefit of the heirs, successors, assigns and personal
representatives of the parties.
