TO the above-named Defendants and all others it may concern:
YOU ARE HEREBY notified that a suit was instituted by the
above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants in the ;
above-named Court on the 26th day of January, 1970, involving the
following-described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Connnence at the southeast corner of the W~ .of the NW~
of the NW~ of the NE~ of Section 9, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, run thence west along the centef line of
Avenue D, a distance of 325 feet, thence north along the
east side of 17th Street, a distance of 30 feet to the point of
; beginning (same being the northeast corner of Avenue D,
and north 17th Street); and from said point of beginning
run east along the north line of Avenue D, a distance of ~
41 feet, thence north 131.3 feet, thence west parallel to ~
Avenue D, a distance of 41 feet to the east line of north
17th Street, thence South along the east line of north 17th
Street, a distance of 131.3 feet to the point of beginning.
That the relief sought as to such property is foreclosure
of a mortgage owned and held by the Plaintiff encumbering said

property and for other relief. ;
