; WHEREAS, Chapter 57-362, Laws of Florida, Florida Statutes !

;253.122, as amended by Chapter 67-393, Laws of Florida, authorizes~
j~local autY~Q~ities to locate and fix bulkhead lines in the tidal ~
;waters within their jurisdictional limits for the purpose of j
lcontrolling dredging and filling of submerged sovereignty lands ~
:in the interest of the publict and i

' wHEREAS, the State of Flesida Board of Trustees of the
i'Internal Improvement Trust Fund, in whom title to sovereign lands i
;and waters is vested for the protection~of the public interest, j
'•.is charged with approving or rejecting bulkhead lines established ~
~:locally; and i

! WHEREAS~ the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie i
~County by Resolution adopted on November 26, 1969, did adopt and i
jsubmit to the State of Florida Board of Trustees of the Internal ~
~Improvement Trust Fund for approval a bulkhead line along the ~
;.line of inean high water on the east shore of the InBian River ~
~~in Sections 10 and 11, Tawnship 34 South, Range 40 East, St. ~
;:Lucie County, said bulkhead line being more partiicularly described~
~ as follaws : +

~ ; Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 10, ~
; Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, R
~ Florida, proceed Northerly along the East line of ~
~ said Section 10 a distance of 20i feet to a point= !
thence Westerly 207 feet North of and parallel to ;

~ ~ ' the South line of said Section 10 to a point lying ~
k d 1005.86 feet West of the West right of way of State ? '
