by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recor e z
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County ~
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe ~
2b54, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank, 4
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgagee", an~
its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has reques ted the said
mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage. _
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of .
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, t::e receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, qui~-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more •

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
' exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, ~
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing '
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, ;
lien or encumbrance oE the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part ~
of said mortgaged premises,•not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. _
