DYER and EVELYN M. DYER, his wife, hereinafter called the mortgagees:
WITNESSETH; that for good and valuable considerat ions, and alao in
consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note of even date
herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagors hereby grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, convey and confirm unto the mor~gagees all the certain land of
which the mortgagors are now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:

Lands as follows in Section 23, Township 36 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie Gardens, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1,
page 35, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records:
~i 1. Tracts 1 to 16, Block 1, less road right of way.
~ 2. Tracts 1 to 16, Block 2, less road right of way. -
3. Lands as follows in Block 3, less road right of way:
(a) Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4 and
(b) Tracts 5, 6 and 8, less the South 10 feet th~reof.
(c) South 336. 25 feet of Tract 10, less parcel in the Southwest
corner approximately one acre in size, as described in Deed
Book 236, page 600, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records.

(e) Tracts 13, 14, 15 and 16.
