Begin at a point which is 200 feet North of the Southeast corner of
Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 40 East; thence run West
33?= 88 feet to the Easterly right of way line of U. S. Highway #Il;
thence run Northwesterly along the Fasterly right of way line of
said U. S. #1 for 174.16 feet; thence run East 418. 68 feet to the
East line of said Section 22; thence run South along said section
line to the point of beginning; less the South 80 feet thereof for
road right of way.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY FIRST MORTGAGE,
THE LAND SHALL BE THE SOLE SECUR,ITY FOR THIS NOTE
AND MORTGAGE. NO PERSONAL LIABILITY SHALL BE INCURRED
BY THE MORTGAGORS AND OBLIGORS.
Tracts of not l~~s than five acres in size may be released
commencing at the Northwest and/or Northeast corner of the subject
property, and shall proceed Southerly, Easterly and/or Westerly in
such manner that all unreleased property remains contiguous. The
last property to be released shall be property situated in Section 22,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, The five (5) acre tracts shall be
released at the rate of $500, 00 per acre.
All principal payments apply to releases and are cumulative. All
prepayments apply to the next principal payment due,
This mortgage may be prepaid in whole at any time without penalty, and
may be prepaid in part at any time, except that prepayments in part duri?~g
1970 may not total more than 29% of the purchase price.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with the tenements, heredi-
taments and appurtenaaces thereto belonging, and the rents, issues and profits
; thereof, unto the mortgagees, in fee simple.
