St. Lucie County, Florida.
I HER$BY C$RTIFY that on October 27, 1969, L& M
Builder Supplies, Inc., throuqh its agent, L. U. Fink,
filed a Notice of I~ien on the above described property
in the amount of $1,087.00 which was recorded in Official
Record Book 180 at Page 2048 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
~I further certify that on November 7, 1969, a Notice
of Contest of I,ien was filed and recorded in this office
by Donald Raulerson, owner of the above described property,
giving I, & M Builder Supplies, Inc. 60 days in which to
file suit to enforce their Claim of I,ien. Said Notice of
Contest of Lien was recorded in Official Record Book 180
at Pages 2597 and 98 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
As of this date, the lienor has not filed suit on the

Claim of Lien in this Court against Donald and Brenda
Raulerson, and under the provisions of Florida Statute
713.22, the lien is automatically extinguished.
