The party of the first part pursuant to power of sale con-
tained in~the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent,

($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, premises, releases, conveys and
confirms to the parties of the second part, and to their heirs and
assigns forever, that certain real property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
