I AEREBY CERTIFY that on th.is day, before me, an officer
duly authorized in the State and County aforesaid to take acknow-
ledgments, personally appeared A. ROGER STOTZ, the Vice President
and Trust Officer of ST. LUCIS COUNTY BANK, as Executor of the
Estate of Nathan Zelmenovitz, deceased, well known to me to be
said officer named as grantor in the foregoing deed, and he ac-
