BEFORE ME, the undersigned officer duly authorized to take
oaths, personally appeared Rupert Jasen Smith, who first being duly sworn
did depose and say: That he was attorney for Ruth Helms in her Chancery
I'ivorce Action No. 9124-E, wherein Melvin M. Helms was defendant; that
on the 26th day of August, 1966, a final decree of divorce was entered
authorizing the plaintiff to resume her former name of Ruth DeGarmo; and
that to the best of his knowledge no children were born of the marital union
of Ruth Helms and Melvin M. Helms.
