EXECUTRIX' WARRANTY DEED
TIIIS INDENTURE, executed the 20t.h day of January, 1970 A. D.,
between LUCILLE P. STANLEY, Executrix and Ancillary Executrix
of the Estate of George D. Stanley, deceased, late of Hamilton
County, Tennessee, party of the first part, and BARBARA WHITFIELD,
whose mailing address is 2203 S. Edwards Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida, party of the second part:
~~REAS, the party of the first part was duly constituted
and appointed Executrix of the Estate of George D. Stanley,
deceased, by Letters Testamentary, granted on the First day of
~ ~April, 1969, by ±hp Honorable Carl Baker, Clerk and Master of
Chancery Court, Part II, in and for Hamilton County, Tennessee,

and appointed Ancillary Executrix of the Estate of George D. ~

gains, sell, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto said party of the second part, and to her heirs, suc-
cessors and assigns forever, that certain land in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as follaws:
Lot 4, of Block 1, of Colonel Goforth's Subdivision,
as per Plat Book 9, Page 75, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
