said Lot 1 and Southerly extension thereof, a distance of 2124.84 feet to the

along the North line of said Section 3, a distance of 1331.65 feet; thence
run South 00°08'21" East, a distance of 1557.86 feet to the point of beginninq;
thence run North 70°30' East a distance of 559.54 feet; thence run South
40°30' East a distance of 1490.37 feet; thence run South 19°30' East a distance
of 466.79 feet; thence run South 70°30' West a distance of 2551.18 feet; thence
run North 19°30' West a distance of 1858.17 feet; thence run North 70°30' East
a distance of 1457.54 feet to the point of begir.ning; together with an easement
for causeway and bridge granted by the Trustees of the Internal Improvenrent
Fund Board of the State of Florida, described as follows: From the point of
beginning described above run North 70°30' East a distance of 559.54 feet;

19°30' a distance of 72.15 feet to the point of beginning of said easement;
thence continue to run South 19°30' East a distance of 100.46 feet; thence run

point of beginninq.
