KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: - .~8"~1~
~'hat ERNEST J. COBURN and FRANGES L. COBURN, his wife,
of St. Lucie County, Florida, parties of the first part, in consideration of
the sum of TEN DOLLARS and other valuable considerations to them in hand
paid by WILLIAM J. LOPES and LOUISE S. LOPES, his wife, of the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, parties of the second part, at or before the enseal-
ing and delivery of these presents, the receipr whereof is hereby acknowledged,
have granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and by
these presents do grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto
the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, forever, a certain
Aracles of Agreement or Contract for Deed bearing date the 30th day of October,
1969, made by Edmund M. Radke, and Doris M. R4~ike, his wife, to Ernest J.
Coburn and Frances L. Coburn, his wife, and recorde~' in Official Records Book
_ 181, at Page 1648 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the
following described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:

Lot 8, of Block 5 of SUNRISE ESTATES,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof
_ recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 75 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all improvements thereon.
A portion of the consideration of this assignment being that the parties
of the second part herein assume all the obligations and agree to pay all the
payments described in said contract now due or to become due, together with
all interest specified in said contract.
And the performance of all the terms and conditions and the completion
of all payments as set forth in said contract, by the said parties of the second
part, their heirs or assigns, the parties of the first part do hereby authorize
the said Edmund M. Radke and Doris M. Radke, his wife, to make, execute and
deliver a good and sufficient deed to the property hereinabove described, in like ~
