uary 1,1970, made by and between ~.oxms Ges Txsr'SAiIS3ION COMPANY
' (formerly named Honston Teaas Qas and Oil Corporation, said name
being herein oalled "Honston"), a Delav~are corporation (herein called
the ~~Company"), party of the Srst part, and Bsxs~as Tsvsr Con~exY,
a New York corporation, as trustee (herein called the '~Truatee")
under the respective 1liortgag~es and Deeds of Trust, as heretofore or
hereafter amended, snpplemented, restated and consolidated, referred
to below (herein called the ~~Indenture"), party of the secsond part,

Qiation, as co-trastee nnder said respectiFe Mortgages and Deeds of
Trust of Honston And of Coastal Transmission Corporation (merged
into tt:e Company and herein called ~~Coastal"), as heretofore or here-
after amended, snpplemented, restated and consolidated (berein called
the "Florida Co-Trnstee"), party of the third part (the Trnstee and the
Florida Co-'.~rnstee being herein together called the '~Trastees") ;
Wassses, the Company has ontstanding fonr series of its First
Mortgage Pipe Line Bonds, namely, ifis 51/Zg'o Series dne July 1, 1979
(herein called the ~Bonds of the 1979 Series" its 5~ q'o Series due
Jannary 1,1982 (herein called the ~Bonds of the 1982 Series"), its 6%
Series dne November 1, 1986 (herein called the ~`Bonds of the 1986
Series"), and its 67/8y'o Series dne Angast 1, 1987 (herein oalled the
'Bonds of the 19$7 Series"j, nnder its Indentnre, oansisting of said
respective Mortgages and Deeds of Trnst, dated as of Jannary 1, 1959,
as heretofore amended, anpplemented, restated and consolidated by
certain Snpplementai Indentnres, dated as of certain dates and other-
wise identified as follows (First thrnugh Seventh each being separate
Snpplemental Indentnres of Honston and ~oastal) :
(1) First $npplemental Indentnres, March 1, 1959,
(2) Seoond Snpplemenf,al Indenturea, April 1, 1959,
(3) Third Snpplemental Indent~res, Jnly 1,1959 for Honaton and
September 15, 1959 for Coastal,
