gate principal amount of the Bonds of the 1979 Series, $10,230,000
aggregate principal amount of the Bonds of the 1982 Series, $24,285,000
~ aggregate principal amonnt of the Bonds of the 1986 Seriea, and
$30,000,000 agg?regate principal amonnt of the Bonds of the 1987 Seriea;
and
~'4$$AF.es, the Company has determined to create in and by this
Snpplemental Indentnre a new series of Bonds to be iasued nnder the
Indenture, to be desig?nated '~First ~iortgage Pipe Line Bonds, 95/8%
Series due Jannary 1, 1990" (herein called "Bonda of the 1990 Series")
and to be limited in aggregate principal amonnt to $25,000,000; and
W~es, the Company desires to set forth the terms of the Bonds
of the I990 Series; and
