Wa$Rges, the execntion and delivery of this $npplemental Inden-
tnre have been dnly anthorized by the Company; and
Wasx~s, all oonditions and reqnirements necessary to authorize
the eaecution, ac~owledgment and delivery of this Supplemental In-
dentare, and to make the Indentnre, ae enpplemented hereby, a valid,
binding and legal inetrament for the aecnrity of the Bonds issned and
to be issued therennder, and to make the Bonds of the 1990 Series,
wben dnly ezeanted by the Company and anthenticated by the Trastee
and dnly isened, the valid and legally binding obligations of the Com-
pany, have been complied with or have been done and performed; and
Wa~ss, each of the Trnstees has full power and anthority to
ezecnte this Snpplemental Indentnre and to accept and eaecnte the
trnat herein imposed npon it;

premises and of the mntnal covenanta herein contained and of the sn:.n

; the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, in order to secnre the
