Pxovman, $owgv8a, and these presenta are npon the condition that
if the Company, its snccessors or assigns, shall pay or cause to be
paid nnto the holders of the Bonds the principal, interest and preminm,
if any, to become dne in respect thereof at the times and in the manner
s~ipnlated therein and herein, and shall keep, perforna and observe all
and sing?alar the corenants and promises in the Bonds and conpons and
in the Indentnre ezpressed to be ~ept, performed and observed by or
on the part of the Company, then this Supplemental Indentnre and the
estate and rights hereby granted shall cease, determine and be void,
otherR-ise to reni~in in full force and effect;
AND IT IS BEBSBY COVENANTED~ DECLAB$D AND AGRSSD~ by and be-
tween the parties hereto, thut all the Bonds and conpons are to be
issned, anthenticated and deli~ered, and that all the Trust Estate
is to be held and applied, subject to the further covenants, conditions,
uses and trnsts hereinafter set forth; and the Company, for itself
and its snccessors, does hereby covenant and agree to and ~vith the
Trustee (and srhere applicable to FloridA Property, «ith the T~ :s:^,~Q;
and its successors in said trast, for the benefit of those who shall hold
the Bonds and coupons, or anp of them, as follo~vs:

~ 1.01. .dmendment of ~ 1.01 of the I+uien~ure. ~ 1.01 of the
Indentnre is hereby amended by adding to the definition of the term
'Bonds", after tbe last paragraph thereof, the following:

f the 1990 Series' shall mean any First
( ~Iortgage Pipe Line Bonds, 95/g% Series due January 1, 1990, tlie
terms of whieh are egpressed in the Twentieth Snpplemental In-
j dentnre, dated as of Jannary 1, 1970, authenticated and delivered
~ nnder this Indentnre. The terms ~Bonds' and `Registered Bonds'
E nsed in § 7.02(c) of this Indenture ahall not mean Bonds of the
C 1990 Series."

~ (b) of t~ 9.07 of the Indentnre ia hereby amended by adding the worda
~ ~~and nntil January 1,1980 any redemption of Bonds of the 1990 Series"
~ after the words "and nntil .Angnst 1, 197T any redemption of Bonds
~ of tbe 1987 Series," in the last sentence thereof.
