DESCAIPTION OF BONDS OF THE 199U SEB~IES
AND DSFINITION OF CEBTAIN T~BMS.
~ 2.01. Ge~neral descriptions o f Bonds o f tl~e Is9o Series. The
Bonds of the 1990 Series shall be designated as "First Mortgage Pipe
Line Bonds, 9~/S~o Series due January 1, 1990." The aggi•egate prin-
cipal amount of the Bonds of the 1990 Series nhich may be anthen-
ticated and issned shall be limited to $25,000,000 prineipal amonnt,
ezcept as egpressly provided in 4 2.04, ~ 2.07, ~ 2.09, ~ 2.10, ~ 2.11, ~ 2.I4,
§ 6.02 and ~ 16.08 of the Indenture. The Bonds of the 1990 Seriea shall
be ezecnted, anthenticated and delivered in aceordance with tLe pro-
visions of ~ 4.03 and/or ~ 4.04 of the Indentnre, shall have the terms and
provisions set forth in tlua drticle z, and shall be snbject to all of the
terms, conditions and covenants of the Indentare, as anpplemented and
modified by this Supplemental Indentnre; provided, however, that no
Bonds of the 1990 Series shall be anthenticated and delivered pnrsaant
to ~ 4.04 of the Indentnre unless the Company shall bave elected in
accordance with ~ 4.04(b) of the Indentnre to withdraw the c~sL de-
posited with tLe Trnstee at the time of snch anthentication and delivery
only in accordance with ~ 9.04(a) and/or ~ 9.04(b) of the Indentnre.
The Bonds of the 1990 Series and the certificate of anthentic~tion to
be endorsed thereon shall be snbstantially in the following forms,
