the Indentnre in the case of the redemption of Bonds by applicsa-
tion of certain moneys held bp the Trnstee, the Cbmpany shall
not redeem any Bonds of the 1990 Series if such redemgtion is
carried ont directly or indirectly as a part of, or in anticipation
of, any refnnding operation involving the incnrring o~ indebted-
ness by the Company or an a~liate of tbe Company unless suah
Bonds are so redeemed (a) on or after January 1, 1975 or (b)
prior to Junnary 1, 1975 and the interesL rate or cost of money to
the Company or snch a~liate (compnted in accordance with aa
cepted financial practice) with respect to the indebtedness so
incurreci is 9~/,.~~o per anuum or more. The optionAl redemption
prices (ezpressed in percen+ages of principal amonnt) and the
