be redeemed on each sinking fnnd redemption date as so determined
being allocated proportionately, as nearly as may be im m~ltiples of
$1,000, so that sncl~ aggregate principal amount of Bonds of the 1990
Series sba11 be redeemed not later than the sinking fnnd redeniption
date immediately preceding such terminal date, provided, however,
that the principal amonnt of Bonds of tbe 1990 Series to be redeemed
on each sin~ing fnnd redemption date under snch fnrther revision of
tLe schedule of sinking fnnd redemptions shall be not lesa than the
principal amonnt of snch Bonds which wonld have been seheduled
to be redeemed on snch sin~ng fund redemption date pnrsuant to
§ z.o7'(a) hereof if no revision of the sinking fnnd sc,hedule had been
made pnrsnant to this ~ 2.08.
' (e) Further readjustment of sinki»g fund provisions if the date of
exhaustion of available gas supply is later than December 31, 1991. If
any 1990 Certificate of Available Gas Supplp filed with tbe Trnstee in
any }~ear after a revision shall liave been made in the schedale of sinking
fnnd redemptions shall state that the date of ezhanstion of available
gas supply is a date later than December 31, 1991, the schednle of
; remaining sinking fund redemptions for Bonds of the 1990 Series, so
~ long as any of snch Bonds shall remain Ontstanding, shall be that
~ determined pnrsnant to ~ z.07(a) Lereof.
(f) Notice to Trustee and Bondholders of revised schedule of sink-
i~tg fu~:d redemptiotas. If the scbednle of sinking fnnd redemptions
shall be reqnired at any time to be revised as provided in this ~ 2.08,
the Company shall promptly file with the Trnstee an Officers' Certifi-
cate setting forth the revised schednle, and, within a reasonable time
after receipt of snch O~cers' Certificate, the Trastee sball mail a copp
thereof to each Registered Holder of the Bonds of the 1990 Series then
Ontatanding.
(g) Definitions of certain terms. For pnrposes of this Snpple-
mental Indenture the terms defined in this subdivisaon (g) ahall have
