nnaoconnted for) by the Company dnring the 12 Calendar Months
preceding the determination date;
(3) the factors to be conaidered, referred to in clause (1) of
this paragrapL, ahall include (i) tLe eaistence and potential eziet-
enoe of proven gas reserves (inclnding gas in solntion or in a
common reservoir with oil or diatillate and to be produced witL snah
oil or distillate in the form of casinghead gas and other forms of
gas which may become available), (u) t~e location of snch reserves
in relation to the Pipe Line System, (iii) the economic deliver-
ability to the P~pe Line System of gas produced from snch reserves
(iv) the dedication of any portion of snch reserves to Persons
(including Transportation Customers or the Company, as the
case may be) other than the Company or Transportation Cas-
tomers, as the case may be, (v) the effect of any applicable laws,
regalations or orders reqniring the eatablishment and mainte-
nance of minimnm gas reserves, (vi) the effect of any applicable
proration laws, reg?nlations or orders, (vii) the relative rates of
withdrawals for the Cbmpany and others (inclnding Transporta-
tion Cnetomera) from snch reaervea whicsh may reasonably be iaz
pected, (vui) the eztent to wluah, by methoda cnrrently in nse,
gas may be phgsically prodnced withont damage to the reservoirs,
(ia) geological factora or other faators affeeting deliverability,
(a) topographical and other pLysical obstaclea tending to make
development of snch reserves not feasible, and (ai) all other
pertinent factors relativs to snch reaervea; and
(4) the gas snpplp of a Tranaportation Cnstomer shall be
inclnded in available gas anpply only to the eatent of the qnan-
tity of gas that tLe Company ia obligated contractnally at the
determination date to transport thereafter for aneh Transpor-
tation Cnstomer or, if greater, to the eatent apecified in the
proviso of clause (1) of thia paragraph.

Snch Certificate shall give all snch other information and details, in-
alnding withont limitation the psia and Fahrenheit temperatnre nsed
in ma~ng any compntations, sa may be necessary or appropriate for
prnper evalnation of the matters therein set forth.
The term "terminal date" ahall mean, for pnrposea of this 4 2.08,
a date two yeara prior to the date specified in any 1990 Certificate of
Available GFas Snpply as the date of eahanstion of available gaa snpply.
