will constitute Property rldditions pertaining thereto and only
to the eatent that such Property Additione were not in use
or in any way prodnctive of revennes dnring the period of 12
~ consecutive Calendar 1lionths specified pnrsuant to paragra h
(.i ) of thia subdivi.sio~n (a) ; p

(5) the principal featnres in general terms of the ez-
pansion or constrnction program for purposes of which ap-
plication is being made for the anthentication and delivery
of the ~dditional Bonds, and the nsture of the facilities con-
strncted or aoqnired or to be constructed or aoqnired in carry-
ing ont snch program; the estimated cost to the Comp~any,
which shall be not less than $20,000,000, of the Property Addi-
tions inclnded in snch facilities, the cost o~ prnperty constitnt-
ing or whioh will constitate anch Property Additions and which
were acqnired or constrneted dnring the period of 12 consecn-
tive Calendar bionths speciSed pnrsnant to paragraph (1) of
this subdiuision (a), and the portion of snch cost clearly at-
tributable to property which was not in use and was not in any
way productive of revennes dnring said period; and the
estimated amonnt of all appropriations for depre~iation,
amortization and depletion to be charged by the Companp on
its books for Property Additions inclnded in snch facilities
dnring the first 12 Calendar Months after the completion of
snch egpansion or constraction program, which amonnt shall
be determined on a straight line basis and shall not be less
then 31/2q'o of the estimated cost of snch Property Add.itiona;
(6) that none of snch expansion or construction program
has theretofore been made the basis for the anthentication of
Additional Bonds pnrsuant to this ~ 4.01; and that the Com-
pany egpects to complete snch e~pansion or constrnction
program within two years from the date of said certificate;
; (7) tbat the terms nsed in snch certificate which are de-
fined in drticle 1 of the Indentnre or in this 4 4.01 are nsed as
therein defined.
(b) In the event that the period of 12 Calendar Months
specified in any Officera' Certificate reqtured- to be filed with the
Trastee by subdivision (a) of tlus ~ 4.01 is a period with reapeet
