~ 4.03. Prohibition oK issua~cce of ~ddifional Br~nds without meet-
ing requirem~e~nts. So long as any Bonds of the 1990 Series ahall
- remain Outstauding, no Additional Bonds ahall be initially anthenti-
cated and delivered at any time ~less the prnvisiona of ~ 4.01 or
§ 4.0,2 hereof have been complied witL eacept with the written c:~nsent
filed with the Trnatee, or tbe affirmative vote, of tbe holdera of not
less than 66~~0 of the aggregate principal amonnt of all then Ont-
standing Bonds of the 1987 Series, Bonds of the 1990 Series and Bonds
of any subseqnent Series if the supplemental indentnre creating the
Bonds of such subsequent Series shall reqnire such eonsent. For pur-
poses of § 4.02 and of this ~ 4.03, the term ".~dditional Bonds" shall not
iiiclude Bonds of any Series initially autheiiticated and delivered prior
to J~nuury 1,1970, or Bonds of th~ 1990 Series, and the authentication _
and deli~~err of such Bo~ids may be made ~rithout regard to the provi-
sions of this Article 4.
ARTIC`LE 5.

~ 5.01. Trustees accept the trust and agree to perf
orm the same.
The Trnstees hereby ac;cept the trnst hereby declared and provided
and agree to perform the same npon the terms and conditions in the
Indentnre set forth.
~ 5.02. Trustees no! responsible for validi#y or suffic:ency of
Supplemental Indenture. The Trnstees shall not be responsible in
anp manner whatsoever for or in respect of the validity or anfficiency
of this Snpplemental Indentnre or the dne ezecntion thereof by the
Company or for or in reapect of the recitale herein coatained, all of
which recitalB are made by the Companp solely.
