~ 6.01. Indenture ratified and con~irmed. The Indentnre, as fnr-
ther snpplemented, modi.fied and altered by this Snpplemental Inden-
tnre, is in all respects ratified and confirmed by this Snpplemental
Indentnre; and the Indentnre, as heretofore amended and snpple-
mented, and this Supplemental Indentnre shall be read, taken and
construed as one and the same instrument.

~ 7.01. Def~nitio„s in Indenture shali apply. Eacept as in ~ 2.08
(g), ~ 4,01 or as herein otherwise eapressly provided, all capitalized
terms contained in this Snpplemental Indentnre which are defined in
the (~ranting Clanses or Art~cle 1 of the Indentnre, shall for all pnr-
poses hereof have the respective meaninge given to snch terms in the
C~ranting Clanses or in ~rticl~ ~^f tho Tn~iPntnre.
~ 7.02. Date of actud execution i+tdicated by acknowledgments.
~lthongh thia Snpplemental Indentnre for convenience and for the
pnrpose of reference is dated as of Jannary 1,1970, the actaal date of
eaecntion by the parties is aa indicated by their reapective aa~owl-
edgments hereto anneaed.
~ 7.03. Execution in counterparts; addresses of parties. This
Snpplemental Indentnre is being eaecnted in several connterparts, each
of which is an original and all of which are identical. Each connter-
part of tLia Snpplemen~al Indentnre is to be deemed an original hereof
and all counterparts collectively are to be deemed bnt one instra-
ment. The table of contenta and the des~:riptive headings of the several
Articles of this Supplemental Indentare were formnlated, nsed and
inserted herein for convenience onlp and shall not be deemed to affect
the meaning or construction of any of the provisiona hereof.
The residences and post office addresaea of the parties to tlus Snp-
plemental Indentnre are as follows: Florida Qas Transmission Com-
pany, Orlando and Orange Avennea, P. O. Bog 44, Winter Park, Orange
