IInited States of ~merica, and who are personally known to me to be,
and upon being by me dnly sworn did ac~owledge and say that they
are, a Trnst Officer and an Asaistant Cashier, respectively, of Barnett
First National Bank of Jacksonville, appeared before me in my said
connty this day in person and severally ac~owledged to me that they,
being first therennto dnly anthorized by said corporation, ezecnted,
signed, sealed with the corporate seal, and delivered the said instrn-
ment for Barnett First National Bank of Jacksonville on thia day as
the free and volnntary act and deed of said corporation and as their -
owa free and volnntarp act and deed, for the nses, pnrpoaes and con-
siderations therein set forth; und that tbe seal affiaed to said instra-
ment ia the oorporate seal of said corporation and that said instrnment
was eaecnted, signed, sealed and delivered in behalf of eaid corpora-
tion by anthority of it$ Bosrd of Directors and acknowledged said
instrnment to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
