THIS SUPPLEMENTARY MORTGAGE AGREEMENT made this ~th ~

day of January, A. D. 1970, by and between FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND ~

LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation, hereinafter referred f
to as Association, as first party; JOSEPH DIVOLA and MARY DIVOLA, his ~
wife, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagor, as second parties; and GEORGE
E~ BRYAN, a single adult, hereinafter referred to as Owner, as third party; ~
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Mortgagors by instrument dated January 17, 1964, recorded
in O. R. Book 79, page 234 did mortgage to Association land in St. Lucie
a

County, Florida, described as follo~vs:
The East 182 feet of the South 75 feet of the North 214
feet of the NE4 of NE4 of NE4 of Section 5, Township
36 South, Range 40 East, Less the East 25 feet thereof,
to secure an indebtedness evidenced by a promissory note in said mortgage
identified as being in the amount of $5, 000. 00 payable with interest on the
unpaid balance at the rate of 6. 25% per annum in monthly installments of

~43.00 beginning March 5, 1964 and continuing until paid which mortgage

debt has a present balance of $3, 568. 41 with interest from December 1, 1969 ~

(the December 1969 installment having been paid); and ~

WHEREAS by warranty deed dated January 6, 1970 recorded in O, R. ~
Book 182, page 223, St. Lucie County records, iViortgagors deeded to George
E. Bryan the above described mortgaged premises less:the South 14 feet ~

thereof but including a strip of land, 5 feet in wid~; , adjacent to and being #

on the North side of the mortgaged premises, the said land as so deeded being
