the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 1T3. naae
2654• granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assigns, the premises thercin particularly described, to secure ~
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars, ~
with interest as therein mentioned. ~
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has req~s tec3the s~id ~
mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of ~
said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of

hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said

unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, ;
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing ;
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, ~
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortgd~ed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
