ADMINISTRATORtS DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this day of
, 1970, by and between JOHN BRENNAN, as
dministrator, C.T.A. of the Estate of ERNEST F. PLATH,
Deceased, as party of the first part, and HOWARD W. SAMPSON.
EMERSON G. SAMPSON, and WILLIAM F. SAMPSON, of St. Lucie County,~
Florida, as parties of the second part.
W I T N E S S E T H•
WHEREAS, the said JOHN BRENNAN is the duly appointed,
qualified and acting Administrator, C.T.A. of the Estate of
ERNEST F. PLATH, Deceased; and
WHEREAS, by an Order approving sale issued by the County
Jud~e's Court, St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce, Florida, dated
the 26th day of anuary , 1970, it was decreed that the
party of the first part convey the following de~cribed land~
to the parties of the second part, the purchase price to be
Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), payable at closing.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoie~g, the
~ party of the first part has conveyed, and by these presents
~ does grant, bargain and conv2y unto the said parties of the
~ second part, his heirs and assigns, all of those lands and
~ parcels of land, as hereinafter described, lying and being in

St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as

PARK, according to the Plat thereof
