BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
WALTER J. DWYER, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:

That on January 12, 1970, he executed and caused to be
filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court Declaration
of Domicile and Citizenship, which said Declaration is recorded in
O. R. Book 182, page 524, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
that he does now hereby and by execution of this Affidavit renounce
and revoke said Declaration of Domicile and declares that it is

his intention that his domicile from henceforth shall be at 3965 ~
52nd Street, Woodside, New York, rather than in Fort Pierce, Florida.
