extending Easterly, thence run Easterly along the crown of said dike 1451.82 ft.,
thence South 1361.35 ft., thence West 1450.68 ft. to the West line of said Section
7, thence North along the Section line 1356.36 ft. to the P.O.B., less and except-
ing the West 135.0 ft. thereof for Canal C-23, AND ALSO:
PARCEL B: From the Southwest corner of Section 7, Township 37 South, Range 38 East,
run North along Section line 2414.8 ft. to the crown of an existing dike, extending ~
