KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~

That at a reqular called meeting of the INDIAN RIVER DR2~1~~, ~
FREEHOLDERS, INC., at 8:00 P.M., January 2e, 1969, in compliance
with the By-Laws of the Charter, after full discussion, the follow-
~
ing Amendment was adopted to Article III, which shali now read:
III ` -
"The qualifications of inembers of this organization
shall be that they be persons of good moral character,
interested in the work of the organization, as set forth
_ in Article II hereof, and that each member shall be a free-
~
holder in the zoned area of Indian Ri.ver Drive, described
- as follows: ~
~ "That area i.n St. Lucie County bounded on the P:orth
by the South city limits of the City of Fort Pierce, '
Florida; bounded on the west by the East right-of-
way line-of the Florida East Coast Railway; bounded
on trie South by the South St. Lucie County line run-
. ning from the East right-of-way line of the Florida
~ East Coast Railway to the Indiari River; and bounded
on the East by the Indian River.
Membership status shall be determined by the Board of Direc-
tors in the adoption of appropriate By-La~vs and amendments
thereto from time to time, and may`~embrace the qualifications ~
for aetive memberships."
It was further moved, seconded and carried that this Amend-
~
ment be rccorded in the office of the Secretary of State in
Tallahassee, Florida.
