This is a purchase money second mortqage and is inferior to the Firs mortgage held by First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Fort Pierce, in the original amount of $11,000.00, dated January 16, 1970 recorded January 20, 1970, in O.R. Book 182, page 1035, of the St. Lucie County Public Records, which the mortgagors herein assume and agree to pay. In the event that the mortgagors default in any payment or condition stipulated in any prior mortgage for a period of sixty days, or in ` 1,~ the event of any default in a rrior mortgage so as to cause such prior mortgage to be accelerated and become due and payable during f~~ the continuance of this mortgage, then t he en tire sums secu r e d b y ! this martgage shall become due and payable at the option of the mort gagee .
