SATISFACTION OF VENDOR' S LIEN CL£RK CIRCUlT COURT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THES$ PRESENTS, That RAYNOR R. SMITH and
MARJORIE A. SMITH, his wife, the owners and r.olders of a Vendor's
Lien given by BSTTY JEAN CONVILLB on the 8th day of August, 1968, .
and recorded in E?.R. Book 173, page 183, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, securing the principal sum of SSVEN
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED and no/100 ($7,600.00) Dollars, upon the
following described property, situated, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 8, RIO VISTA SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 9, page 6, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
have received fLll payment of said indebtedness by the receipt
thereof of a Mortgage and Promissory Note bearing the same date and

the same principal amount, and do hereby acknowledge satisfaction
of the aforementioned Vendor's Lien, and hereby direct the Clerk of
the Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
