COUNTY OF St. Lucie
WHEREAS Walter Lee Carltop hereinafter called Debtor (whether one or more), on
October 7, 1969 executed a security agreement . to Farmers Production
Credit Association, hereinafter called Secured Party, which created a security interest ~
Mortgage Dated June 11, 1965, Recorded in Official ~
in the following described property: Record Book 122 Pages 158 thru 161,St.Lucie County, ~
Florida. From: Robert M. Chappell, Burney Chappel Jr. & Candor Hosiery Mill, Inc.
Payable: $13,440.00 shall be due and payable on 8/1/67, 8/1/68, 8/1/69, 8/1/70, 8/1/71,
and $67,200.00 being the entire remaining principal balance shall be due and payable on
August 1, 1972.
Land described as follows: South 1/2 of Section 30, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, exc-
epting therefrom the NE 1,/4 of the SE ],/4 and any rights of way for public roads and
drainage canals .
I; THEREFORE, in consideration of the agreement referred to in such security agreement
~ and to secure the (1) loan, (2) additional loans or advances, and (3) indebtedness des-
cribed in such security agreement, plus interest, costs and attorney's fees as provided

in such security agreement, Debtor does hereby assign, transfer, and convey unto
Secured Party, its successors and assigns, all of Debtor's rights, title, and interest
in and to the property described in the above described Real Estate Mortgage and/or Deed
to Secure Debt, together with all ri ers, and privileges contained in said docu-
