(hercin called the "Local Authority"), a ~wblic body corporate and politic .
duly crceted and org~r:ized pursuant to and in accordance w ith the provis£ons of
the laWS of the _ tate of Florid.tx ,
and the United States of A.~ncrica (herein called the "Governpent") pursuant to
the United States Hous ing Act of 1937, as amended (42 1401~ et seq.) end ~
the L~epartment of Housfng and Urban L~evelopment Act (S ti.S.C. 624, et seS,)
entered into a certain contract dated as of Mav 14 , 19~_,
(herein called the "Annual Contributions Contract') praviding for a loan and for
annual contrfbutions to be made by the Government to ass£st the Local Authority
in developing, and in achieving end maintaining the loW-rent character of~ low-
rent housing project(s); and
t~IF1ERtiAS, as of the date of the execution of this ~eclaration of Trust the
Annual Contributions Contract provides for the development and operetion by the
Locel I!uthority of certain low-rent housi~g in the City of

wllcRh:AS~ the Local Authority (1) proposes to issue and deliver its Bon~s and
' Permanent Notes to aid in financing the Projects from time to time provided for
under the terms of the Annual Contributions Contract to which Contract reference
is hereby made for definitions of the Bonds~ Permanent Notes, and Projects, and
( 2) may f rom t ime to t ime issue and del iver its obl igat ions (here in ca lled "Re-
funding Ronds") to refund said Bonds and Permanent Notes; and
;A?I•Itr.A:S, each Project and the site or sites thereof~will have been constructed
or acquired with the proceeds of the Bdnds and/or advances by the Government on
account of the loan provided for in the Annual Contributions Contract and the Bonds
and Permanent ~otes will be secured (1) severally~ by pledges of specific aaounts
of ti~e annual contributions payable to the Local rluthority by the ~overnment
~~ursuant to said Contract; and (2) by a pled~;e of certain revenues of the Frojects ~
[ inanced by an i:~sue or issues of A.onds to the extent and in the ~nanner cescribed ~
in the Annual Contributions Contracr. end the resolutions of the Local AuLhority -
~~thorizing such Bonds and Permanent Notes:
:~Cx:, ~n~r~::! QRE, to assure the Government and the ho2der or holders of the Bonds,
~~efunding Bonds, or F'ermanent Notes, and each of them, of the performance by the
Lc~cal Authority of the covenants contained in the Annual Contributions Contract
and the resolutions of the Local Authority authorizing the issuance of the Bon~s~
l'F:funding nonds, or `_'er~oanent Notes, the Local Authority does hereby acknowledge
and ;:eclare that it is possessed of and holds in trust for the benefit of the
Vovernrt~ent and s~~ i~ holders of the Bonds, Refunding Bonds, or Yera~anent Notes, for
the pur~os~-s hereinafter stated, the following c~escribed real property situated in the
City of Fort Pierce , County
of St. Lucie , State of Florida ,
